Tangshan increases production restrictions
The Tangshan government has re-classified local steelmakers according to pollution levels and has defined one Class A steelmaker, 22 Class B steelmakers, nine Class C steelmakers and three Class D steelmakers. The updated list implies stricter standards than previous releases, and therefor lower production, Kallanish notes.
