Tangshan lifts steel output restriction order
From 6am on 3 April Tangshan city removed the latest order to reduce steel production during heavy pollution. The restrictions lasted for around ten days amidst an air pollution warning, but the actual impact of the restrictions on steel supply was not significant. Many mills are already having their output restricted by other measures.
