Ternium increases scrap use in Brazilian slab production
Latin American steelmaker Ternium is anticipating an increase in the use of scrap for slab production at its Brazilian unit, the company tells Kallanish. The steelmaker expects to start using around 92,000 tonnes of scrap each month during the 2020-2021 period.
