Three Chinese steelmakers announce March flats offers
China’s steelmaker giants Baosteel, Anshan Iron & Steel (Angang) and Benxi Iron & Steel (Bengang) have decided to hike prices of flat steel products for March this year, reflecting their bullish outlook for demand, Kallanish notes.
