Toyota’s July auto production remains strong
Toyota, the world’s largest carmaker by production, saw its July production remain strong due to improved output in response to solid demand. This was despite a decline compared with the prior month, according to the company’s monthly production and sales report.
In July, Toyota saw standalone production at 809,400 units worldwide, up 14.6% year-on-year, despite a monthly decline of around 11.5%, Kallanish notes.
