Turkey’s rod exports continue growth on EU demand
Following their October recovery, Turkish wire rod exports continued to increase in November 2023. They soared 68.1% on-year to 92,702 tonnes, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. They were, however, down from 101,573t in October.
Their average price was $577/tonne, versus $711/t in November 2022 and $587/t in October 2023.
