Ukraine pipemakers continue to decrease exports
Ukraine’s pipemakers decreased exports in January-October, according to national customs data.
Total volume delivered amounted to 344,980 tonnes, down by 30.4% on-year, Kallanish notes. In monetary terms, pipe exports for the specified period amounted to $587.5 million, down 3.7% on January-October 2021.
In October alone, pipe manufacturers decreased exports by 39% on-year to 44,200t. Income from pipe shipments decreased by 20.6% to $72.45 million.
