Ural Steel eyes railway wheel production, purchases equipment
Zagorsk Pipe Plant (ZTZ)’s Ural Steel works will build a railway wheel production line, Kallanish notes.
“Ural Steel has signed a contract with one of the world's leading manufacturers for the supply of industrial equipment for wheel rolling, with a volume of 360,000 tonnes/year,” the company says. It did not give further details about the supplier.
