US assigns dumping duties for threaded rod
The US International Trade Commission has found evidence of injury to the domestic industry from Thailand’s dumping of carbon and alloy threaded rod, Kallanish reports.
Consequently, the US Department of Commerce has assigned dumping duties of 20.83% on threaded rod imports from Thailand.
Critical circumstances were not found in the case, so the assigned duties will not be applied retroactively.
