US clears Deacero of rebar dumping

The US Department of Commerce has excluded Mexican rebar producer Deacero from a recent trade case, Kallanish understands. Upon completion of an administrative review, the department found Deacero’s dumping rates to be at a de minimis level. The dumping margin identified for all other producers, including Grupo Simec, was 3.65%. The period of review in question is 1 November, 2016, through 31 October, 2017.
