US construction employment increases in December
US construction employment increased in a majority of metro areas between December 2016 and December 2017, Kallanish learns from the Associated General Contractors of America.
Employment rose in 269 of 358 polled metro areas, a trend that is expected to continue if Congress passes a long-term infrastructure bill this year.
