US construction employment increases in October
US construction employment perked up in 41 states between October 2016 and October 2017, Kallanish learns from the Associated General Contractors of America.
California added the most jobs year on year with 44,400 – a gain of 5.7%.
Construction employment also increased in 26 states from September to October, led by Florida with 23,800 jobs – a gain of 4.8%.
