US construction employment rises in May
US construction employment increased in a strong majority of US metro areas between May 2017 and May 2018, Kallanish learns from the Associated General Contractors of America.
Employment rose in 263 of the 358 metro areas polled, with decreases in 47 and stagnation in 48. The association blames the pockets of stagnation on a lack of qualified workers.
