US construction jobs rise in November
US construction employment grew in 40 states between November 2016 and November of this year, and growth occurred in 39 states between October and November, Kallanish learns from the Associated General Contractors of America.
California posted the largest yearly gain with 48,400 jobs or 6.2%. Texas led the monthly gains with 8,200 jobs, or 1.1%.
