US DOC begins stainless keg dumping investigation
The US Department of Commerce has launched an anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigation into imports of refillable stainless steel kegs from China, Germany and Mexcio, Kallanish reports.
The petitioner in the case is American Keg Company of Pottstown, Pennsylvania.
American Keg alleges dumping margins of 204.42% for China, 72.8% for Germany, and 18.48% for Mexico. American Keg further accuses China of involving 26 different subsidy programs.
