US DOC finds Chinese steel wheel subsidies
The US Department of Commerce has made an affirmative preliminary subsidy determination on imports of steel wheels from China, Kallanish understands.
Commerce's preliminary subsidy margins range from 58.75-172.51%. Cash deposits will now be required to import the affected steel wheel categories.
The petitioners in the case are Accuride Corporation and Maxion Wheels Akron.
