US DOC finds dumping of Chinese steel racks

The US Department of Commerce has found preliminary evidence of dumping of steel racks from China, Kallanish understands. The department found preliminary dumping margins of 18.08-144.5%, with a total 2017 import value of about $200 million. The petitioners in the case were all members of the Coalition for Fair Rack Imports, including Bulldog Rack Company, Hannibal Industries, Husky Rack and Wire, and SpaceRak.
