US DOC finds dumping in threaded rod case
The US Department of Commerce has found preliminary evidence of dumping of threaded steel rod from China, India, and Taiwan, Kallanish understands.
The department alleges China dumped rod in 2018 at a rate of 4.81-59.4%. India’s dumping margin is alleged to be 2.04%, while Taiwan’s is 32.26%.
The petitioner in the case is Vulcan Threaded Products.
