US DOC finds Hyundai clear in administrative review
The US Department of Commerce has removed Korean corrosion-resistant steel sheet producer Hyundai Steel from its standing countervailing duty order following an administrative review, Kallanish understands.
Hyundai Steel was found to have de minimis subsidy rates following the review. More than 20 other Korean steel companies, however, are still subject to a 7.17% countervailing duty.
