US DOC to hold auto tariffs hearing
The US Department of Commerce is advancing its plans to levy 232 tariffs on imports of automobiles and automobile parts by holding a public hearing on 19 July.
About 45 individuals from all steps in the auto supply chain - domestic producers, trade groups, labour, the Department of Defense, and exporters - will present testimony in Washington, D.C., at the US Department of Commerce Auditorium.
