US DOC makes preliminary flange subsidy determinations
The US Department of Commerce has made its affirmative preliminary subsidy determinations on stainless steel flanges from China and India, Kallanish reports.
Commerce found subsidy margins of 174.73% for China and 5-239.61% for India.
