US DOC makes preliminary steel wheel decision
The US Department of Commerce has made an affirmative preliminary determination of subsidies on steel wheels from China, Kallanish reports.
The identified subsidy margins range from 58.3-293.3%. The petitioner in the case is Dexstar Wheel.
A final subsidy determination is expected on or about 2 July, with a concurrent final injury determination from the US International Trade Commission by 15 August.
