US DOC to reinstate Indian stainless bar duties
The US Department of Commerce has preliminary determined that Indian stainless bar producers Viraj Profiles and Venus Wire Industries have resume dumping product into the US, Kallanish reports.
Both companies were originally issued anti-dumping duties in 1995 of 30.92%. Viraj was issued a revocation order in 2004 and Venus in 2011.
A petition to reinstate the duties was made in 2016 by domestic producers Carpenter Technology Corporation, Crucible Industries, …
