US DOC rules on wire rod dumping
The US Department of Commerce has made its final affirmative dumping margin decision regarding carbon and alloy steel wire rod from South Africa and Ukraine, Kallanish reports.
The department found dumping margins of 135.46-142.26% for South Africa and margins of 34.98-44.03% for Ukraine.
