US DOC sets preliminary welded pipe subsidy margins
The US Department of Commerce has set its preliminary subsidy margins on large-diameter welded pipe from China, India, Korea, and Turkey, Kallanish reports.
The preliminary rates are 198.49% for China and 541.15% for India, with Korea and Turkey's rates at the substantially lower 0.01-3.31% and 1.08-3.76%, respectively.
