US DOC slaps Vietnam with heavy circumvention duties
The US Department of Commerce has formally ruled that Vietnamese cold-rolled and corrosion-resistant flats made from Chinese substrate are subject to Chinese duties if they are imported into the US, Kallanish reports.
The decision effectively accuses Vietnam of being complicit in the circumvention of established US duties on like Chinese products.
