US finds dumping, subsidy margins for pipe
The US Department of Commerce has found evidence of dumping and subsidies on imports of large-diameter welded pipe from Canada, Greece, Korea, and Turkey, Kallanish reports.
Canada’s dumping margins were found to be 12.32%, while Greece’s dumping margins were 9.96%. Korea was found to have dumped pipe at 7.03-20.39%, with additional subsidies of 0.01-27.42%. Turkey’s dumping margins were 4.55-5.05% with subsidy margins of 0.92-3.72%.
