US ITC finds injury in Chinese racks case
The US International Trade Commission has found evidence of injury as a result of the importation of steel racks from China, paving the way for the US Department of Commerce to issue anti-dumping duties, Kallanish reports.
Three of the five commissioners voted in the affirmative, while two did not participate in the vote.
