US mills hike domestic rebar prices by $40/st
US mills have raised domestic rebar prices for the third time this year, nearly two months after the latest round of increases, Kallanish reports.
According to a Northeast distributor, US rebar producers Commercial Metals Company, Nucor, and Steel Dynamics Inc rose their respective rebar base prices by $40/short ton over the weekend.
