US semis' imports jump in June
US semi imports appear to have risen sharply in June, Kallanish learns from license figures from the US Department of Commerce.
The US applied to import 789,793 tonnes of blooms, billets, and slabs in June, up from May’s preliminary figure of 179,446t.
