US stainless surcharges slated to rise in December
US stainless surcharges are set to rise in December, Kallanish learns from company announcements.
According to pricing letters from major domestic producers Allegheny Technologies Inc, AK Steel, Outokumpu USA and North American stainless, bellwether type 304 surcharges will rise from $0.44/pound in November to $0.47/lb in December.
