Usiminas moves ahead to buy slab from CSA
Usiminas, the Brazilian flats supplier, has signed a memorandum of understanding to purchase slab from Companhia Siderúrgica do Atlântico (CSA), Kallanish learns from the company.
CSA is an integrated slab maker currently owned by thyssenkrupp but in the process of being sold to Ternium group.
