VN Steel secures 100% of Vinausteel
Vietnam Steel Corporation (VN Steel) took full control of Vinausteel and changed its name to Vinausteel One Member Limited Company last week, Kallanish notes.
At the end of 2023, VN Steel spent $8.47 million to complete the acquisition of 70% of the equity held by Vietnam Industrial Investment Group (VII), thus gaining 100% control of Vinausteel. This is the fifteenth subsidiary of VN Steel.
