Warrior Met records another loss, strike persists
Warrior Met Coal remained in the red in the second quarter as the company’s operations remain impacted by a strike from the United Mine Workers of America, Kallanish reports.
Warrior lost $4.7 million on sales of $224.76m in Q2, up from a loss of $9.2m on sales of $159.04m in Q2 2020. Q2’s production totaled 1.2m short tons, down from 2.1m st produced in Q2 2020.
