Wire rod offers jump up in ASEAN
Wire rod export offer prices have increased in ASEAN this week in line with the rise of the Shanghai steel futures post-China holiday, Kallanish notes.
Wire rod offers for Chinese 6.5mm up diameter SAE 1008 wire rod are prevailing at around $510/tonne cfr Manila and $500/t cfr Vietnam for late-May/June shipment, up by $10/t on-week.
