WTO establishes panels to review US steel tariffs
The World Trade Organization's (WTO) Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) has confirmed that it has agreed to establish a number of panels to review the steel tariffs imposed by the United States. This follows complaints lodged by China, Europe, Mexico, Canada, Norway, Russia and Turkey. Additionally, it has established panels to review retaliatory measures by Canada, Mexico, the EU and China against the US.
