WTO rules against Indonesian galvalume duties

The World Trade Organization (WTO) Appellate Body has found that Indonesian duties on galvalume do not qualify as safeguard duties. These therefore do not fulfil the country's obligations under the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT).
