Wuppermann spins off sheet units
Wuppermann has signed the sales contract for five of its companies, the German-based galvanizing and sheet processing group announces.
The three companies devoted entirely to sheet metal processing are in Thalgau in Austria, Holýšov in the Czech Republic, and Herbolzheim, Germany.
