COPPER: Osisko Metals drills 30,000 m at Quebec's old Gaspe Copper Mine
Osisko Metals has started drilling 30,000 metres near the mothballed Gaspe Copper Mine in Quebec, Kallanish reports.
Phase 1 with 10,000 m to be drilled will re-evaluate the extent of near-surface oxide mineralisation near the past-producing Mount Copper open pit and a Phase 2 programme with 20,000 m calls for infill drilling to update the currently modelled in-pit resource, the Quebec-based company says.
