Electra Battery Materials sells non-core Ontario cobalt-silver assets
Electra Battery Materials says it is disposing of its Canadian non-core assets while retaining royalty rights on those Ontario cobalt-silver properties, Kallanish reports.
The company says it has signed an amendment to a 2021 share purchase and option agreement with Kuya Silver Corp relating to silver-cobalt exploration assets in the Canadian Cobalt Camp in Ontario. Under the agreement, Electra has granted Kuya the right to acquire a 100% interest in those assets.…
