Mexico sees automotive production rise in 2022
The Mexican automotive sector saw production fall, while exports and domestic sales improved sequentially in December. Full-year performance was higher in 2022, Kallanish notes.
According to Asociación Mexicana de la Indústria Automotriz (Amia), December output decreased by 14.1% on-month to 239,536 units but was 4.5% more year-on-year.
