Rana Gruber first-quarter output, sales remain unchanged
Iron ore producer Rana Gruber reported a 1% on-year decline in first-quarter iron ore concentrate production to 406,000 tonnes. Sales of main product hematite however inched up 0.5% to 383,000t. Magnetite sales fell 29% to 20,000t.
Iron ore production declined 9% in Q1 to 1.27 million tonnes, according to the firm’s quarterly production report seen by Kallanish.
