Rana Gruber posts record quarterly iron ore production
Iron ore producer Rana Gruber reported record quarterly concentrate production of 469,000 tonnes in the third quarter, up 15% on-year.
The figure was “a result of continuous improvement in the entire value chain”, the Norwegian firm says in a note seen by Kallanish.
Sales of hematite, the main product, were more or less flat in Q3 at 364,000t.
Concentrate production in the nine months through September rose 4% on-year to 1.27 million tonnes. Hem…
