Russian consumption to increase, CIS demand surges: worldsteel
Worldsteel has revised up its 2024 steel demand forecast for Russia and the CIS countries in the association’s April short-range outlook seen by Kallanish.
According to the association, steel consumption in Russia in 2024 may increase by 4% on-year to 46.4 million tonnes and the same volumes in 2025.
