New scrap recycling unit improves Serbia-based Metalfer’s efficiency
Serbian rebar producer Metalfer has selected Danieli to implement a strategic scrap recycling project that will enable processing of 260,000 tonnes/year of proler at its mini-mill in Sremska Mitrovica, the Italian supplier tells Kallanish.
The new scrap recycling plant is scheduled to start operation by end-2023.
