Severstal expects steel prices to increase amid inflation
Steel prices in the Russian market, which have been uncoupled from global values since 2022, are stable, but they are likely to rise slightly, at the rate of inflation, says Severstal head of investor relations Nikita Klimantov.
“At the moment, factors have already accumulated that hint steel prices should rise, because there is inflation in the economy; we have inflation in production costs,” he said on Gazprombank Investments’ Telegram channel.…
