Severstal says will reduce emissions ahead of schedule
Severstal is on track to achieve ahead of schedule its goal of reducing emissions at its flagship Cherepovets Metallurgical Plant (CherMK) by 20% from 2017 levels, as part of the federal Clean Air project, Kallanish notes.
