Taiwanese stainless pricing strategies vary for February
Taiwanese stainless steel mills have adopted different strategies to decide their list prices for February this year, Kallanish notes.
Walsin Lihwa and Yieh Hsing announced the same price hikes. For 304 series products and the surcharge for 316 products, they added TWD 2,000/tonne ($64/t) and TWD 1,000/t respectively. 200 and 400 series products, however, will see stable prices in February.
