Turkish domestic scrap follows import fall
Most Turkish mills have further decreased their domestic scrap buying prices since last week amid falling imported scrap values, Kallanish notes.
Demand for domestic scrap has also halted this week, as well as for short-sea scrap. Mills are seen focusing on steel sales amid an increasing volume of scrap offers in the market.
