US extends sunset review of rebar AD orders
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) is extending the timeline of its fourth round of five-year sunset reviews for anti-dumping duty orders placed against steel rebar imports from seven countries, Kallanish discovers in an ITC public notice.
"The commission has determined that these reviews are extraordinarily complicated and therefore has determined to exercise its authority to extend the review period by up to 90 days," indicates the ITC notice.…
